Don't you get it?
People react to problems differently and sometimes this difference is what becomes a problem to yet another person.
What a vicious cycle it is.
There are some things we can do though. Seven little steps to diminish the pain, even if only a little. Seven little things we can learn in order to make the problem stop with us and not being just another channel for the negativity to spread.

- Learn to not care for then the problem got no power to hurt you.
- Learn to not let your anger vibrates through the air making the situation worse for others. Just keep it to yourself. Keep your mouth shut and maybe you can pray.
- Learn to stop making expectations because in the end the one thing that people care most is their own benefit. So just don't be too naive by hoping that someone out there will put your interest first.
- Learn to not make everything about you. Sometimes the world doesn't revolve around you and you've got to grow up.
- Learn to let go. When people and things don't act and become like you wish it had, let go and kiss it goodbye as soon as possible. The more you keep demanding or the more you think about what you don't get the more you'll get hurt.
- Learn to know whom you're talking to so that you can understand when there is no point to shout in order to get you point across. Some people just won't listen to your explanation and you better off shutting up.
- Learn to realise that becoming stressed out and angry over a think is your choice and not a result of a problem. Problem never brings with it the authority to make you feel any less happy than you are right now.
In the end - when it comes to the existence of problem in our lives - we don't really have a choice, do we? All we can do is just embrace it as it comes.
With love,
The one who is still currently learning
